Questions, answered
What ages is PARP for?
PARP is designed for children roughly aged 2–10. Every activity carries its own age range, and the recommendation engine only suggests activities appropriate for your child's age.
Does my child need their own account?
No — and by design they never have one. You create a child profile inside your own family account. There are no child logins, no child emails and no public child pages.
Is this a screen-time app for my child?
No. PARP is written for the adult. Most activities are hands-on and screen-free: the app tells you what to do and why, and the play happens in the real world with you.
Does PARP assess or diagnose my child?
No. PARP provides educational activities and friendly progress summaries. It never scores children against developmental norms and is not a diagnostic or medical tool. If you have questions about your child's development, speak to your health visitor, GP or paediatrician.
How does the personalization work?
A transparent, rule-based engine matches activities to your child's age, interests, goals and history. Every recommendation shows its reason. There's no black box deciding things about your child.
What data do you collect about my child?
The minimum useful for personalization: a nickname, a birth date, interests and the activity history you record. No photos, no legal names, no location, no health data.
How much does PARP cost?
PARP is free to start. Premium tiers with the full library and richer reports are coming; early families currently enjoy the full experience free.
Can I use PARP for more than one child?
The family architecture supports multiple children, with multi-child management arriving alongside the Family Premium tier.
What if an activity is too easy or too hard?
Tell PARP with one tap when you record it. The engine steers future recommendations up or down in difficulty for that learning area — and every activity page includes an easier and harder variation to use on the spot.
