Terms of Use
Last updated: August 2026
1. What PARP is
PARP provides play-based educational activity content, personalized planning and progress-tracking tools for families. PARP is an educational product. It does not provide medical, psychological, diagnostic or therapeutic services, and nothing in the service should be treated as professional advice about a child's development.
2. Accounts
Accounts are created and held by adults (18+). You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Child profiles are created and controlled by the account-holding adult; children do not have accounts.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to access other families' data, probing or disrupting the service, scraping content at scale, or uploading unlawful content.
4. Safety
Activities are designed for adult supervision. You are responsible for judging whether an activity is safe and suitable for your child and environment, and for supervising appropriately. Safety notes in activities are aids, not guarantees.
5. Content
PARP's activity content is owned by PARP and licensed to you for personal family use. Observations and notes you write remain yours; you grant us the licence needed to store and display them to your family.
6. Subscriptions
Free and paid tiers are described on the Pricing page. Paid features may change as the product evolves; we will communicate material changes.
7. Termination
You may stop using PARP at any time and request account deletion. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, with notice where reasonable.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PARP is provided “as is” and our liability is limited to amounts you have paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after notice of changes constitutes acceptance.
